Summer Bishil, an American actress who is famous for her role as Margo Hanson on the Syfy Fantasy series The Magicians. The Alan Ball movie Towelhead, she played the 13-year old Lebanese American girl Jasira that experiences a rollercoaster of emotions within the context in the context of U.S. military's invasion of Iraq in the Gulf War. In 2007 Variety listed her as among its top 10 actors to watch. The role she played was another one of her most memorable characters Taslima Jahangir in 2009's thriller Crossing Over for which she was nominated for an Independent Spirit Award in the Best Female lead category.
